Get a good feel for the program you’re training in by attending live classes or following the workouts on the LES MILLS+ app. The more classes you do in advance, the better.
About 10 days before your training starts you’ll receive your training materials (including a video of the program release you will be trained on)
We suggest setting aside a few hours to get very familiar with this release
You’ll be given one track to learn and you’ll need to practice it until you can present it with just the music playing (and not looking at your notes).
